By Antonio MalaraI don’t remember if I already told you that I don’t like winter time. It’s not only for cold weather but even for the kind of clothes you need to wear. Stuff like puffer jacket, coats, sweaters...I try to buy the most coolest of them but still it’s not what I love. So here it is my winter basic that consist in just a jeans a long sleeves t-shirt and a leather jacket (winter version). I have to say that I live in a city that even if it is windy it’s not so cold in the winter. This is my favorite and the most easy outfit for the cold season. It’s good during the sunny mornings, for places like mall and even for a night out, in fact normally pubs or similar places have heaters so you don’t feel cold wearing only the t-shirt once you take off the jacket. I already posted last year an outfit (see here) that is practically the same but what I’m showing you this time is in a new color and with new accessories. For this two-colors tone outfit, I bought my favorite leather jacket in brown and I paired it with my new boots (almost identical color of the jacket), a withe long sleeves t-shirt (this time inside the jeans) and with one of my Dondup jeans. I’m really happy about this boots by Faruk Sagin because they are super comfortable, seems that you’re wearing the best running shoes. I believe that with this boots you can even walk for the whole day without feeling any pain. Once I tried, I also bought the black version. About the jeans, I wore them even in the “Rebel Rebel” post, but at that time the jeans were in its original shape, namely, slightly wide on the ankle. After summer I decided to make some changes. Thanks to my seamstress I made the jeans more tight on the ankle. I like the way they look now, maybe because lately I’m buying only skinny jeans so I see myself in the right way only when the jeans are short and tight in the ankle. As you can see I played with the withe and the brown (btw the jeans is a clear denim) and this is the reason why I also wanted a white wall behind me. My plan was to contrast the brown against all the rest. This combination is one of my “alternative” to the black that I wear almost all the time. I did the shooting last January and I have to say that it was little cold only when I had the jacket opened (because of wind) so the outfit works for me. This is my basic, simple outfit for the sunny winter days but I have to say that maybe I found the right sweater to replace the top. It’s slim and it’s like to wear a thicker t-shirt but in this way the outfit is warmer. If this sweater fits as I wish maybe I’ll change my habits for the next winter...who knows.
