Gym at home

Nowdays seems that the cure of the body is a popular trend. Beyond nutrition people of all ages do it in many ways, running, playing soccer, or going to the gym and practicing one of the different disciplines available now (for example fitcross). In my twenties I trained with weights at the gym for four years in a row. I ended up having a perfect shaped body but the fact was that in the summer it was normal to loose almost all the muscles. I noticed that the gym was a loop and abandoned replacing it with some exercises at home. I prefer it because I can have more time to do other things, plus I don't like to socialize when it comes to training while lot of people use the gym even to make new friends. Lately surfing on amazon I noticed different tools to make gym at home more easy and productive. In a short time I bought special dumbbells for push-ups and rubber bands that literally makes you do all kind of exercises.

I have to say that these accessories works good, I can now do some exercises that was impossible to do before, I train just three groups of muscles but I could really do everything. Even if you have a paper that shows you how to training it's better if you have a background about gym, for the repetitions, for the execution and some basic rules. So for me that I had experience, these accessories are a goldmine, I can work on muscles, save time and money. Of course it's just to be in shape, if you want to loose or gain weigh it's better to talk with professional people.
